📌 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers, according to §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

🧵 3 – Made-to-Order Products
Every product in this shop is made just for you — printed and produced after your order is placed. These are custom, made-to-order items.
Please carefully check your size using our size chart before ordering to make sure your chosen fit is correct.
🚫 4 – No Returns or Cancellations
In accordance with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you cannot return or cancel your order once it's placed, because the product is personalized and made just for you.
There are no refunds, no size exchanges, and no cancellations — even if you change your mind or picked the wrong size.

💳 6 – Payment & Shipping
We accept secure payments via PayPal, Stripe, and other checkout options.
Production time is usually 2–5 business days, plus shipping. Some custom designs may take longer.
⚠️ 7 – Quality Notice
Minor color or print variations may occur due to digital screens and manufacturing processes.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
⚖️ 8 – Legal & Disputes
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, if legally permitted, is our business address.
